Thank you for shopping at One Stop Hip Hop UK. Here are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll contact you by email or phone if there's a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

One Stop Hip Hop UK is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs and import taxes — are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

One Stop Hip Hop UK is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
