Our Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, video games, cassette tapes, etc.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@onestophiphop.co.uk

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email us at info@onestophiphop.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, send it to:

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
  • For items over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Please note: All orders shipped from us are fully tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
