We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the One Stop Hip Hop invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as One Stop Hip Hop cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
All returns must be sent to our Returns Department.
